David has received the Hugo, Locus, Campbell, and Nebula awards for his various works of fiction, and his novel, “The Postman,” was adapted into a 1997 feature film starring Kevin Costner. David’s works have explored the topics of strong artificial intelligence, brain-computer interface, upgrading human brains, and more.
